Delicious, affordable food. The cabeza meat was so tender that it just melted. Al pastor was tasty. I arrived late in the day, and they were out of carnitas, so I'm excited to go back and try that another time. They give you a little buzzer to let you know when your food is ready! There are picnic tables under a canopy nearby. Limes and radishes with everything. Great place for takeout or a beautiful little place to sit and eat. Plus they have lime Jarritos. Can't go wrong with lime soda.
Taco Tom's is the best taco truck in Vancouver ! The lengua tacos are absolutely fantastic - tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend trying their tacos, I'll definitely be back for more!
Had the asada, pastor, and cabeza tacos, the best tacos I've had in forever. Can't wait to try their homemade corn tortillas!!

Definitely a no frills, hole in the wall food truck, located in a lot next to an automotive shop. I've heard of this place from locals in Vancouver and wanted to stop by. Warning, they are cash only so bring cash. There is parking here just don't expect a nice lot, there's a gravel lot for parking which isn't an issue. I ordered a variety of tacos such as the lengua, tripa, cabeza, al pastor, and asada. My favorite was their lengua, tripa and cabeza. The al pastor was good, but lacked the smokiness I usually look for in it. The asada is a classic and was flavorful. The tacos had a good amount of meat to tortilla ratio. I had all the toppings on it and they added salsa for each taco, the type of salsa varies for the meat you order. Most of the tacos are $2.50, some are $3. When I visiting they have chicken tacos for $2.
